The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center has created a novel way for proposals to simultaneously help MassCEC achieve its mission of accelerating the success of clean energy technologies, companies, and projects in the Commonwealth while also creating high-quality jobs and long-term economic growth for the people of Massachusetts.
