Once COOLNOMIX® has been installed, the next stage is Operations. Installation partners are expected to register the installation date using the COOLNOMIX® serial number. This is the official process for authorizing the 36-month COOLNOMIX® product warranty.    

For some customers, installation partners may be asked to measure COOLNOMIX® performance beyond the installation time period. CoolGreenPower can support partners with best practices and additional training. 

Generally, COOLNOMIX® requires no maintenance. It has been observed that sometimes companies maintaining cooling systems have relocated COOLNOMIX® sensors from their original locations or disconnected COOLNOMIX® altogether. Installation partners should check on COOLNOMIX® operations especially during the first 1-2 years of operations. This is easily performed using the CONNECT app.   

In the unlikely situation that a COOLNOMIX® unit fails, installation partners have the ability to initiate the COOLNOMIX® product warranty process.
